5 Peaks Whistler Enduro - August 22, 2009
Though the Buntzen Lake Enduro is longer and has greater elevation gain, this is the toughest Enduro course of the 5 Peaks season. Last year pace bunny and I ran the course together and I was just happy to complete it without medical attention (LOL). This year I would be running it alone as pace bunny had conflicting commitments. Would I be up for the challenge on my own?

5 Peaks Mt. Seymour Enduro - July 25, 2009
After my disappointing Scotiabank half, I was looking forward to doing my next trail race. I had not run the Mt. Seymour trails before so I would not have the benefit of knowing the route beforehand, but for me that is part of the fun.

Scotiabank Vancouver Half Marathon - June 28, 2009
This was the second time I had run this event as I really enjoyed it in 2008. Lots of runners of different abilities, a well organized start area and lots of port-o-potties - a sure sign of a well planned race!

5 Peaks Simon Fraser University Enduro - June 13 2009
5 Peaks goes back to school! Well, not really. The second race of the 5 Peaks series here in the lower mainland was held atop Burnaby Mountain in Burnaby. This was the first time 5 Peaks had run an event at this location and overall it was very well organized.
